Slew Drives

TGE Series

TGE series is an enclosed housing slew drive with IP55 enclosure protection level, it is designed with an hourglass worm shaft with 5 teeth in contact between the slew ring and the worm shaft. This design offers a very solid back holding torque capacity for the heavy loads and wind resistance in case of Solar trackers and long arms.

TGO Series

TGO series is an open housing slew drive. It is designed with an hourglass worm shaft with 5 teeth in contact between the slew ring and the worm shaft. This design offers a very solid back holding torque capacity for the heavy loads, very commonly used on man lift equipment and hydro excavator. Heat treated teeth and hard-as-a-rock worm make it the top of its class. Light weight is also an advantage of this drive.

TE Series

TE series is an enclosed housing slew drive with IP65 enclosure protection level. It is designed with an hourglass worm shaft with 5 teeth in contact between the slew ring and the worm shaft. This design offers a very solid back holding torque capacity for the heavy loads. Mining industry, cement industry and many more industries with high contamination of fine particle environment prefer this drive for its tightness. It is also the choice for most of outdoor installations subjected to heavy rain and snow as it is well sealed compared to other designs.

BE Series

BE series is an enclosed housing slew drive with IP65 enclosure protection level, it is designed with a strait worm shaft with 1.8 teeth in contact between the slew ring and the worm shaft. This design has curved teeth on the slew ring and it is Oxi-Nitrocarburized. This is the lightest design in its class. Specially designed for accurate positioning as it has a very tight tolerance compared to hourglass designs. Back holding torque is slightly less than the hourglass design but it beats all other drives in accuracy and weight.

Dual Worm

Duel worm drives are designed for high torque requirements. They come in IP65 as standard. Perfect for steering applications on paving machines and positioners that require high rotational torque. Marine applications, cranes and manipulators are among the many applications this drive can perform perfectly.
